Trimax Mowing Systems is looking for a commercially focused Internal Sales & Lead Development specialist to take ownership of inbound leads drive proactive prospecting activity and strengthen the performance of our CRM and sales pipeline.
This is not just an administrative support role - it is a revenue-impacting position at the centre of our sales engine.
Your Opportunity:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring no opportunity is missed. Youll manage inbound enquiries qualify and progress leads support quoting and order flow and proactively generate new opportunities through outbound outreach.
Youll work closely with our Australian sales production and warehouse teams to ensure strong pipeline visibility accurate forecasting and a smooth transition from enquiry through to order.
Where appropriate you will progress and close opportunities remotely within agreed pricing parameters contributing directly to sales performance.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Own and manage inbound enquiries qualifying and progressing them efficiently
- Ensure every lead is accurately captured tracked and advanced through the CRM pipeline
- Drive follow-up activity to maximise conversion rates
- Support quotation pricing and order coordination processes
- Maintain high CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Identify gaps bottlenecks and conversion opportunities within the sales process
- Proactively research and build target prospect lists
- Conduct outbound calls emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate new opportunities
- Nurture early-stage leads into qualified sales opportunities
- Progress suitable opportunities through negotiation and close remotely where appropriate
- Support and encourage consistent CRM usage across the sales team

- High lead response speed and strong follow-up discipline
- Improved lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
- Accurate reliable CRM pipeline data
- Increased proactive prospecting activity
- Measurable contribution to revenue growth
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in sales coordination and sales support
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and qualifying conversations
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot highly regarded)
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Resilient proactive and motivated by achieving targets
- Clear and confident communicator
