Whats the role
Were looking for a proactive and deliveryfocused Project Lead / Business Analyst to manage a diverse portfolio of internal and external change initiatives driving outcomes that create tangible value for the business our people and our customers.
As part of the Business Lending Operations (BLO) Portfolio & Change (P&C) team this role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering change across the BLO ecosystem. You will lead projects endtoend from discovery and impact assessment through to implementation and postrelease review ensuring initiatives are delivered smoothly safely and with strong governance.
What do I need
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving capability
- Skills in requirements gathering process mapping and problem solving.
- Experience in governance project risk and issue management
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
- Experience contributing to multistream or crossfunctional initiatives.
