Position Role: OC
Responsibilities:
1. Emp offr for all sub-unit personnel; lead on all MS career and welfare issues.
2. Carry out the execution of COs annual and training directives.
3. Assist in recruiting and retention of sub-unit personnel.
4. Ctrl and maintain all arms eqpt vehs stores and accom on charge to sub-unit.
5. Coordinate officer education and development.
6. Ensure that the sub-unit complies with legislation and regulations.
7. Coordinate prep trg and readiness of the sub-unit for exercises and operations.
8. Produce revise and issue Sub-unit Standing Orders.
