The Opportunity

Drive end-to-end service delivery for Fraud Prevention initiatives ensuring high-quality timely and cost-effective outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize fraud detection investigation and remediation processes while maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction and operational performance.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of fraud prevention projects and programs from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
  • Own service delivery metrics (SLAs/OLAs) dashboards and reporting; monitor performance identify gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Fraud Technology Data Science Risk Compliance and Business Stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions. -Manage incident response and problem management for fraud-related escalations; drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • Define and govern operating models processes and controls for fraud prevention services (case handling investigations referrals remediation).
  • Drive continuous improvement of workflows automation and tooling to enhance detection efficiency and investigator productivity.
  • Ensure risk-based prioritization budget adherence and resource planning; forecast demand and capacity.
  • Facilitate vendor and external partner relationships as needed; manage service contracts and performance.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

  • Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Information Security Operations Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
    5 years in fraud prevention risk management or operations with a strong service delivery or program management focus.
    Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable outcomes.
    Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; data-driven with proficiency in reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and fraud data systems.
    Familiarity with dispute resolution processes chargebacks and fraud investigation workflows.
    Excellent communication collaboration and influencing skills; capable of presenting to executive audiences.
    Project/Program Management certification (PMP PgMP or equivalent) preferred.
