Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Review and follow up on SLA and OLA including security requirements.
Ensure compliance with governance principles
Manage the complete lifecycle of specific services including application knowledge and technical need analysis.
Establish operating agreements processes and service levels with Business.
Handle budgeting and forecasting for defined services as well as pre-sale activities (RFI/RFP).
Analyze demand specify requirements and cost deployment
Establish operating agreements and service levels in collaboration with business units.
Manage the interface to internal customers on operational level
Control production services costs using the enterprise service costing mode

Who Are We Looking For

Graduate degree in informatics or in a comparable discipline or comparable proficiency
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at an international scale. Open to cultural differences
Customer focus good planning and organizing skills
Ability to act with customer orientation and be attentive and responsive to customer concerns based on an operational interconnection.
Excellent written and communication skills business fluent English and Latvian is mandatory
Proficiency in Finnish or an other language is seen as a plus
Good and widespread technical background (Network System Engineer Database Administrator) is an asset
Knowledge about payment services is an asset.
Stress resistant and ability to adapt to tight deadlines and dynamically changing priorities
Ability to travel frequently
Knowledge in standards related to IT (ie PCI DSS ISO standards ISAE 3402 )
