About the Internship
Period:June August 2026
Location:100% onsite (NoviraPlaza 2A MarijasielaRiga LV-1050)
Working hours:4 hours/day (morning shift 09:0013:00 or afternoon shift 13:0017:00)
Monthly compensation:500 gross
Internship agreement:Signed in May (tripartite you your university andZalaris)

Your Main Tasks
Providing local ITassistance
Processing IT Support service requests (tickets)
Help update simple documentation and knowledge base articles
Performing SAP system technical tasks
Learn service desk tools processes and best practices through guided training
