Ability and motivation to train and support farmers in using the eAgronom platform.
Strong communication skills to explain digital tools and provide practical support to clients.
Interest in sustainable farming and data-driven decision making.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
Your responsibilities will be include
Coordinate data collection from farmers and customers ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Support onboarding and account set-up to help farmers start using the eAgronom platform efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
Train and motivate farmers to use the platform through online meetings group trainings and webinars.
Provide customer support via digital tools phone and occasional farm visits.
Monitor customer activity and ensure clients use the platform effectively.
Collaborate with agronomy marketing and product teams to improve customer engagement and tools.
Support customer license renewals and develop business with existing clients.
Prepare reports on customer activity and account status.
Represent the company at trade shows events and farmer meetings.

Must-haves
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry
- Category B driving license and driving experience
- Communicating with clients and building long-term relationships
- Good computer skills
- Organisational skills/Multi-tasking ability
- Ability to quickly react to problems
- Communication with clients skills
- Latvian language - native
- English language - at least B2
- Higher education - preferably agronomy or related
Nice-to-haves
- Training advising or supporting users/clients in using tools platforms or services
- Experience in working with tools like: eAgronom Intercom Google tools Pipedrive Slack or any SaaS
- Lithuanian or Swedish language
