PV & BESS Solution Manager

Riga Latvia


Main Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis and suggest the sales strategy/product roadmap in Latvia.

  • Product planning analyze the technical demand/product function/license of Latvia.

  • Analyze Development trend of solar inverter market in Latvia.

  • Analysis of the competitors strategy/operation in Latvia.

  • Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge.

  • Execution of internal process by following SOP.

  • Technical sales of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solution and SUN2000 series inverter.

  • Support to project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation.

  • Tracking purchase orders maintaining project documentation.

  • Responding to technical and market queries from internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Energy Engineering or similar.

  • Experience in PV Solar and BESS business with full concept of inverter production.

  • Experience in Solar Developer or Investor field.

  • Familiar with the PV Solar tools like PVSysSCADAPSSE etc.

  • Desire to deliver excellent service and support good relationship with customers.

  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Latvian and English fluent.
