Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenHead of Salesto lead our business development efforts for theAustralian market. The role involvesdeveloping sales strategies managing client acquisition and building strong relationships with Australian CPA firms and SMEs.

The Head of Sales will be responsible forscaling the client base managing sales teams and meeting revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acomprehensive sales strategyfor the Australian accounting outsourcing market
• Identify and build relationships withCPA firms accounting practices and SMEsin Australia
• Drive lead generation throughcold calling email marketing LinkedIn outreach and networking
• Build and manage asales pipelineand ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns for client acquisition
• Maintain strong knowledge ofAustralian accounting practices compliance and outsourcing benefits
• Build train and lead a high-performing sales team
• Report onsales performance forecasts and market insightsto senior management

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Marketing or Finance
• 812 years of experience insales/business development(preferably in outsourcing/KPO/BPO/accounting services)
• Proven track record ofclient acquisition and revenue growthin international markets
• Strong understanding ofAustralian accounting ecosystemand outsourcing trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Self-driven target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
