- Pay:$37.88/hour penalties.
- Start Time:5:00 AM MondayFriday roster.
- Support all aspects of meat processing including scraping meat from bones mincing marinating packing and assisting machine operations.
- Hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy active work.

Butcher Portion Cutting Specialist
- Pay:$45.00/hour penalties.
- Start Time:4:00 AM MondayFriday roster.
- Prepare and portion secondary cuts of meat with precision for the production team.
- Ideal for experienced butchers with strong knife skills and attention to detail.
