What does a HR Business Partner at Warakirri Asset Management do
- Driving the People & Culture Strategic initiative whilst being supported by the Head of HR
- Conduct regular meetings with Key Stakeholders and provide HR support with complex issues general guidance and HR expertise as needed
- Analyse industry trends and internal processes systems benefits etc. and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Support managers in the interpretation of engagement results and the identification of opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance of remuneration and reward benchmarking and industry trends
- Provide HR expertise in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations with the support of legal as needed
- Provide management support on employee Performance Management Employee Engagement Development and counselling
- Support Managers in the Identification of internal potential succession planning and training and development requirements
- Support HR Policy development and refinement as needed. Support managers in HR Policy understanding
- Work with Head of HR and Senior Leadership team
- HR Reporting
Qualifications :
Do you recognise yourself in the following statements
- Experience in an HR Generalist role with at least 2-3 years as an HRBP
- Proficient in managing Employee Relations cases.
- Proven track record for effective partnering and impacting
- Balanced strategic and thinker and executer - ability to drive for results and gain value add results for key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to interpret law and awards and implement changes as needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in L&D would be preferred but not required
