How you will make contributions that matter
As a Production Operator youll be part of a supportive team working together to keep our plant running safely efficiently and to a high-quality standard. Youll play a handson role in daytoday production ensuring our products meet quality safety and hygiene requirements.
This role requires flexibility to work across rotating shifts including Day Afternoon and Night shift.
- Follow quality GMP and production procedures
- Adhere to site safety (OHS) and hygiene standards
- Maintain high standards of cleaning hygiene and product quality
- Conduct product sampling and basic quality checks
- Work to daily production plans and meet site performance targets
- Identify and report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
About you
- Sound understanding of safety food handling and hygiene practices
- Good literacy numeracy and basic computer skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and problemsolve on the go
- Clear communicator who works well as part of a team
- Previous experience in manufacturing production or dairy (desirable not essential)
