A Glance at What You Will Do
- Be the go-to connector for all things HR supporting our talent via phone email and face-to-face interactions
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel e-files
- Maintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory training & support the delivery of brand training initiatives.
- Support the recruitment journey end-to-end from applications and interviews to first-day onboarding
- Prepare employment documentation and ensure right-to-work and compliance checks are completed
- Support payroll processes through audits data verification and coordination with Finance and Department Heads
- Create polished HR correspondence reports and admin that reflects the W standard
- Bring our culture to life by updating employee boards activations and internal communications
- Support HR projects engagement initiatives and the day-to-day operation of hotel world
