Role Summary: St. Annes Family Services is seeking a Housing Quality Specialist who is passionate about accountability compliance and strengthening housing services for vulnerable this role youll support the integrity of our Permanent Supportive Housing Transitional Housing and STRTP programs by helping ensure services meet contractual licensing and regulatory standards. Working closely with program leaders and internal partners youll contribute to audit readiness risk mitigation and continuous quality improvement efforts that directly support safe stable and high-quality housing for the individuals and families we serve.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on compliance and quality standards for the Permanent Supportive Housing Transitional Housing and STRTP programs ensuring alignment with contract and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly case record reviews and audits to assess documentation quality service delivery and risk across assigned programs.
- Prepare monthly quality and risk reports identifying trends findings and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor and interpretHousing related regulations policies and bulletins and communicate new or updated requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to prepare for external audits inspections licensing reviews and accreditation activities including planning coordination and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services Social Work Psychology or a related field required; Masters degree preferred
- 24 years of relevant experience in housing programs quality assurance compliance or contract monitoring
- Experience with Permanent Supportive Housing Transitional Housing and/or STRTP strongly preferred
- Knowledge of housing and licensing regulations (including Title 22 / Interim Licensing Standards) preferred
- Strong organizational written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using data and documentation systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities work independently and exercise sound judgment in a compliance-focused environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
