Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Equipment Sales Specialist to promote and sell commercial cleaning equipment and facility maintenance solutions to B2B clients. This role involves on-site product demonstrations customer training and relationship management across a defined territory.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills a consultative sales approach and the ability to educate customers on equipment performance applications and ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site demonstrations of cleaning equipment (e.g. floor scrubbers vacuums extractors) for prospective and existing customers

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors contractors and end-users

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned territory

  • Provide hands-on training to customers on proper equipment use and maintenance

  • Collaborate with distributor partners to support sales initiatives and drive product adoption

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and product recommendations

  • Maintain knowledge of product lines industry trends and competitor offerings

  • Travel regularly within the territory for client meetings demos and training sessions

  • Track sales activity pipeline and performance using CRM tools



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)

  • 13 years of sales experience (B2B or equipment sales preferred)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to perform product demonstrations and explain technical features

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory

  • Valid drivers license
