We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Equipment Sales Specialist to promote and sell commercial cleaning equipment and facility maintenance solutions to B2B clients. This role involves on-site product demonstrations customer training and relationship management across a defined territory.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills a consultative sales approach and the ability to educate customers on equipment performance applications and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site demonstrations of cleaning equipment (e.g. floor scrubbers vacuums extractors) for prospective and existing customers
Develop and manage relationships with distributors contractors and end-users
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within assigned territory
Provide hands-on training to customers on proper equipment use and maintenance
Collaborate with distributor partners to support sales initiatives and drive product adoption
Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and product recommendations
Maintain knowledge of product lines industry trends and competitor offerings
Travel regularly within the territory for client meetings demos and training sessions
Track sales activity pipeline and performance using CRM tools
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
13 years of sales experience (B2B or equipment sales preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to perform product demonstrations and explain technical features
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Valid drivers license
