Shift: M-F 9am-5pm

What Youll Do
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure a safe efficient and compliant working environment.
Manage building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing security and access control.
Coordinate preventive maintenance repairs and inspections with internal teams and external contractors.
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations (e.g. OSHA environmental regulations).
Maintain accurate asset tracking and equipment lifecycle management.
Oversee warehouse organization materials handling and storage optimization.
Select negotiate and supervise third-party vendors for maintenance cleaning safety and operational services.
Monitor vendor performance contracts and service level agreements.
What You Will Bring
Facilities Management Engineering Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1 years of experience in site operations facility management logistics or a similar role.
Understanding of building systems workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing vendors budgets and facility projects.
Ability to troubleshoot operational issues
Experience in biotech manufacturing or laboratory environments
Relevant experience dealing with contractors on building and/or equipment repairs
Bilingual preferred: Strong communication skills in Spanish or Chinese

United States Base Compensation: $50000.00 - $60000.00The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience education (including licensure and certifications) qualifications performance and geographic location among other relevant business or organizational needs.
