Job Summary
Job Title: Operations Lead
Location: Nettleton MS
Schedule: Day Shift 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Overtime up to 5:30 PM as needed)
Pay: $19.00 $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Lead to join a manufacturing team in Nettleton MS. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on operational experience particularly with AS/400 systems and RF scanning equipment who is looking to grow into a supervisory position.
Candidates must complete an interview process prior to hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AS/400 systems for inventory control production tracking and reporting
- Operate and troubleshoot RF scanning equipment (RF guns)
- Support daily operations and help coordinate workflow across the team
- Monitor productivity accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Provide support direction and guidance to team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety quality and production requirements
- Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness for advancement
Qualifications
- Experience with AS/400 systems (required)
- Hands-on experience with RF scanning equipment
- Manufacturing or warehouse background preferred
- Strong attention to detail reliability and work ethic
- Ability to lead by example and develop into a leadership role
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
