Treatment Coordinator

At Cassity & Legacy Implants and Periodontics our team of experts offer a truly unique and one of a kind experience to each and every patient. The team of doctors have limited their practice in each of the disciplines of their specialty to bring our patients a highly specialized approach to their needs. With our team of highly specialized experts we possess the ability to treat all aspects of periodontics and implant dentistry comprehensively; yet allowing each doctor the ability to apply their area of specialization to give our patients the most timely and best care possible.

Our treatment coordinators are vital in providing our patients with a best-in-class experience. Through patient education our treatment coordinators ensure our patients fully understand what their treatment plans involve and help to increase case acceptance. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for managing treatment plans collecting co-pays and balances and scheduling patients for their next visit.

Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience 

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between South Ogden and Kaysville locations
• Build patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service by creating a calm and warming environment.
• Act as a liaison or case manager between the practice and the patient.
• Review treatment plan with patients answer questions and concerns discuss financial options and make financial agreements regarding treatment cost and method of payment
• Collect payments and copays.
• Monitor schedule and call patients to fill any Doctor or Hygiene openings.
• Ensure that patients with outstanding balances are informed of the practices financial policy.
• Schedule new patients within two to four days of their initial call.
• Ensure that all patient records are current and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Dental Office experienced required
• Prior Treatment Planning / Treatment Presentation experience required
• Prior General Dentistry experience required
• Prior Periodontic experience highly preferred

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
