Job Summary
| Domestic Considerations: Full Time Reserve Service (Home Committment). Some travel ans overnight duty will be required to aviation units and RAF Cosford. Position Role. Second in Command (2IC) of SAAE. 2IC is the Schools Chief of Staff responsible for the day to day management and coordination of SAAEs non-training delivery activities. 2IC is required to deputise for the Chief Instructor (CI) in their absence. Responsibilities: 1. Administrative and Personnel management of all military personnel. 2. Deputising for the CI in their absence. 3. Responsible for developing and maintaing the Schools Capability Development strategy. 4. Care and Welfare lead within SAAE ensuring that all associated School policies and activities are aligned with those of 8 Trg Bn REME. 5. Responsible for Risk Management across the School. 6. Unit Security Officer. 7. School Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) lead. 8. Responsible for any additional tasks delegated by the CoC. |
