What Youll Do

The Chief of Staff serves as the strategic partner to the Head of Memory Sales shaping and executing Samsungs U.S. memorysales strategy. You will act as the senior liaison for executive leadership drive crossfunctional initiatives and represent sales leadership in highimpact customer engagements. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking operational rigor and executivelevel communication to ensure revenue targets and strategic KPIs are met.

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose CA officein alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Reports to:Head of Memory Sales United States

Strategy & Planning

  • Codevelop and continuously refine the U.S. memorysales roadmap aligned with global objectives.
  • Identify new channel opportunities; conduct scenario analysis and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Operations & Execution

  • Oversee endtoend sales processes KPI tracking and CRM data integrity.
  • Lead crossfunctional projects (pricing product launches salesforce enablement).

Executive Briefings & Communications

  • Prepare briefing materials slide decks and talking points for the CEO CEVP and Board.
  • Set agendas synthesize data and ensure clear action items and follow

Customer Engagement

  • Represent sales leadership in key customer meetings and negotiations.
  • Articulate Samsungs value proposition commitments and guarantee delivery of milestones.

CrossFunctional Alignment

  • Liaise with Finance Marketing Product and Operations to align revenue targets and strategic KPIs.

People & Culture

  • Partner with HR to boost salesteam effectiveness drive training and manage performance cycles.
  • Champion an inclusive highperformance culture across the U.S. sales organization.

Addition Projects

  • Lead highpriority initiatives acting as proxy for the Head of Memory Sales when required.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree required Masters Degree or other advanced degree preferred
  • 812years of salesrelated experience with at least 3years in a senior strategic or advisory role (e.g. Chief of Staff Business Operations Strategy)
  • Proven success in semiconductor memory or related hightechnology markets
  • Strategic thinking translate corporate goals into a focused U.S. memorysales roadmap
  • Project management prioritize schedule and deliver multidepartmental initiatives on time and within scope
  • Analytical skills data analysis forecasting and financial modeling to guide decisionmaking
  • Executive communication create clear persuasive written and verbal content for CEOlevel audiences
  • Leadership & influence drive crossfunctional collaboration and solve complex problems
  • Customer relationship management build trust with key accounts and ensure delivery of commitments
  • Technical Tools: CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) Datavisualization tools (e.g. Tableau) Microsoft Office Suite

Base Pay Range

$210000 - $336000 USD
