Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software Excel and other sales analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or related field.
- Experience working in the automotive industry or with automotive real estate is a plus.
- Previous involvement in sales planning forecasting or performance analysis.
