Were seeking someone to join in FICFX as a key asset to the eQuote Muni Team for over 4 years now constantly proving strong technical and domain expertise as well as sense of ownership in the space.

This is a Lead Job Family position at Director level which is part of the job family responsible for RECRUITER to add standard JA Job Family Description based on Job Profile.

D Part 1: Scope of Role What youll do pre-set content based on tier framework role-specific bullets
triggering automatic RFQ initiations and including the collected street bids into the bid stack for algo quoting Retail tickets
- scoping in more ECNs into the initial Muni IOI workflow doubling its volume
- automation of decision making around the Muni IOI workflow
- order execution on tiered algo levels to ECNs
- MSDirect client connectivity status tracking to bridge a CG gap and build a strong basis for MSDirect BWIC streaming functionality

-Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.

-Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
-Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
-At least 6 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
