Job Summary
Supporting students with toileting & feeding needs; some students may require physical transfers; supporting instruction and implementing programs/lesson plans created by the special education teacher; escorting students to and from pick up/drop off locations during arrival and dismissal; supporting behavior plans as directed by BCBA and/or classroom teacher. Salary - $30985 pro-ratedQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferredExperience working with children/studentsExperience assisting in program implementationAbility to work with professional staffOutstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above RESPONSIBILITIES:Support students with disabilities in inclusive and substantially separate settingsNeeds to assist with a behavior plan implementationProvide academic support as neededMay need to support feeding and toileting needMonitoring for attention work completion and social navigationPerform duties as assigned by school administrationOther duties as assigned by the classroom teacher
