Job Summary

Job Description & Requirements:

- Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years in Project/Program Management Stakeholder Management and extensive experience working globally.

- Key Responsibilities: Must have experience as a global Program Manager and working with workstreams. This individual will specifically lead a workstream in India.

- Preferred Skills: Experience transitioning work to a Global Capability Center (GCC) is highly ideal.

- Certifications: PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus. Please note we are not looking for a Scrum Lead.

- Industry Experience: Previous financial services experience is not required but would be an advantage.
