Job Summary
The QC/QA Ops Manager ensures InSite Programs remain compliant with standards established by the National QC/QA Manager for their region. This role focuses on auditing compliance and operational excellence across multiple sites through out the region. ( Majority of job involves travel)They will be kicking off new programs through out the region and training the Insite management staff that will be permanent at the customer
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Establish baseline audit protocols for new waste programs; document compliance parameters for each project location.
Collaborate with InSite Ops Manager Site Lead Branch Manager and other resources to track corrective actions and share Lessons Learned.
Perform site evaluations (Site General Assessments) and compliance checks using MS Forms.
Visit and assess top 5 customers per region.
Review and update site SharePoint content ensuring JHAs SOPs Ops Manual and HASP information are current.
Conduct monthly Best in Class in-person assessments.
Support implementations startups and onboarding of new hires.
Provide coverage for LOA terminations and PTO ensuring proper waste packaging profiling and labeling prior to shipment.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors in Chemistry Biology or Environmental Science preferred.
3 years of hazardous waste experience.
Ability to develop and deliver training materials related to environmental health safety and hazardous materials management.
Familiarity with federal/state regulatory requirements for Small and Large Quantity Generators.
Additional Details:
Travel: 5075%.
Pay Range: $78720 $120000 (does not include GEO adjustment).
Bonus: 15%.
