Monitoring & preparing reports for ER for further action (Low Attendance / Mis punch / Late & Early Duty Reports / Shift Change / Shift Continuity Monitoring)
Ensuring management communication reaches all levels of team members (Human Resources Employee Relations Business Services Plant etc.)
Manpower recruitment coordination with HR
Attrition & replacements management
Meeting hall schedule management and hall assets management
Employees grievance handling and MIS reporting
Finance experience would be an added advantage
Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
