Source leads for secured business loans (LAP / Mortgage Loans)
Acquire self-employed SME and MSME customers
Explain loan products interest rates tenure and eligibility to customers
Conduct field visits for customer meetings and property verification
Collect and verify documents including KYC financials and property papers
Coordinate with credit legal technical and operations teams
