We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Mortgage to drive business growth in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The role involves team handling channel management and achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business in the Lucknow market
Manage and develop a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives
Build strong relationships with DSAs connectors builders and brokers
Achieve monthly login sanction and disbursement targets
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity enhancement
Coordinate with Credit Legal and Operations for smooth loan processing
Ensure portfolio quality and compliance adherence
Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution network
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales
Prior experience in team handling mandatory
Strong market knowledge of Lucknow mortgage segment
Good leadership and communication skills
