Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QC Tester with hands-on experience in manual QA/QC testing to support multiple application initiatives. This role will focus on validating functionality usability and compliance across digital mobile loan origination and compliance-related systems. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail understands testing best practices and can work closely with development and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to validate application functionality data accuracy and user experience
- Perform functional regression and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify document and track defects using test management or defect tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and product teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Ensure applications meet quality standards and compliance requirements
- Participate in test planning test case creation and test execution activities
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Manual QA / QC Tester
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Ability to write and execute clear test cases and document defects effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
- Experience working on Digital Mobile Loan Origination or Compliance projects
- Familiarity with qTest or similar test management tools
- Background in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience working in Agile or SDLC environments
