We are recruiting for a Biometrics Engineer QA to join our team !

The qualified candidate will support Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) Business Area by validating the successful integration and performance of Physical Access Systems comprising of but not limited to; Authentication Credentials and services (Physical and Mobile) Authentication Devices Access Control Devices and Device/System Management.

As our Systems Engineer - Biometrics youll support HIDs success by:

• Conduct testing of physical access control products address and resolve customer-reported issues report bugs and create and execute test plans and test cases.
• Perform black box and automation testing.
• Set up and maintain the testing environment in the lab including Windows Android and iOS platforms.
• Validate and troubleshoot issues provide information to the development team and assist in resolving them.
• Conduct regression testing before release.
• Communicate effectively regarding issues objectives initiatives and processes to plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Experience and Education include:

• Possesses or working towards a degree or equivalent qualification or 1year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IT/IP Networking and associated technologies.
• Lean and Agile methodologies including SAFe.
• Access Control management via Head-End or IAM Systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
• Familiar with operating systems such as Windows Android iOS.
• Working knowledge of networking switches routers etc.
