As Manager Personal Injury Finance youll lead finance business partnering and claims performance reporting for CTP and Workers Compensation. Youll manage a team of eight deliver strategic insights and empower leaders to achieve business goals.
This is a 12-month contract role in Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne.
What Youll Do
Lead finance business partnering for Personal Injury Insurance delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and performance outcomes
Oversee monthly close processes and ensure accurate reporting across P&L BAU and project spend
Lead claims performance reporting and analysis for CTP and Workers Compensation
Develop annual budgets and forecasts ensuring robust expense allocation and project forecasting
Provide expert financial modelling and advice for projects and business cases to support growth and innovation
Mentor and coach a high-performing team fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance finance processes and reporting efficiency
What Youll Bring
Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA/CA qualifications desirable
Extensive experience in financial services with proven leadership in operational and strategic contexts
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and seasoned business judgment
Expertise in stakeholder management and building trusted relationships across senior leadership teams
