As Manager Personal Injury Finance youll lead finance business partnering and claims performance reporting for CTP and Workers Compensation. Youll manage a team of eight deliver strategic insights and empower leaders to achieve business goals.

This is a 12-month contract role in Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne.

What Youll Do

• Lead finance business partnering for Personal Injury Insurance delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and performance outcomes
• Oversee monthly close processes and ensure accurate reporting across P&L BAU and project spend
• Lead claims performance reporting and analysis for CTP and Workers Compensation
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts ensuring robust expense allocation and project forecasting
• Provide expert financial modelling and advice for projects and business cases to support growth and innovation
• Mentor and coach a high-performing team fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance finance processes and reporting efficiency

What Youll Bring

• Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent experience; CPA/CA qualifications desirable
• Extensive experience in financial services with proven leadership in operational and strategic contexts
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and seasoned business judgment
• Expertise in stakeholder management and building trusted relationships across senior leadership teams
