Role Summary
We are looking for a C4C Functional Lead to lead the functional design configuration and delivery of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions. The role involves close collaboration with onshore stakeholders translating business requirements into scalable C4C solutions and ensuring successful end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design and implementation of SAP C4C across Sales and Service modules.

Gather analyze and document business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

Configure C4C objects such as Leads Opportunities Accounts Activities Service Tickets and Workflows.

Drive UAT planning and execution defect resolution and user training.

Coordinate with onshore teams and manage offshore delivery.

Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA ECC CPI and third-party systems.

Ensure data migration reporting and analytics are aligned with business needs.

Provide production support release management and continuous improvement.

Enforce best practices governance and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years of CRM experience with strong hands-on SAP C4C functional expertise.

Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.

Strong skills in requirement gathering solution design and configuration.

Exposure to integrations workflows and C4C extensibility concepts.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
