Reporting to the Group General Manager of Social Impact and Community Development you will play a pivotal role in driving our organizations growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves:
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract new clients and strengthen our position in the disability sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as service delivery teams SIL (Supported Independent Living)
vacancy team marketing and corporate functions. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies funders and community partners.
- Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and achieve exceptional client outcomes.
- Leading the development and implementation of client retention initiatives to foster long-term partnerships.
