Requirements

Recruitment Executive: 1-2 years of recruitment experience
Senior Recruiter: 3-5 years of IT / Non-IT recruitment experience
Team Lead: 5 years of recruitment experience with team-handling exposure

Skills:

Hands-on experience with job portals and modern sourcing tools
Strong communication negotiation and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm is preferred
