Job Description:

Lead Full Stack Position

Total Experience - 9-15 years
Experience as a Tech Lead leading teams of 5-8 people for 2-5 years.
Overall Experience of 9 to 15 years is required.
Projects on the resume should reflect actual work done by the candidate.
Experience delivering real production grade projects/solutions.
Experience (not limited to courses or certifications) with building GenAI and
agentic AI systems. This implies knowledge of LangChain LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks and vector databases.
Full stack experience including Frontend backend (Python preferred overJava) and SQL databases. Knowledge of noSQL databases (e.g.: MongoDB) is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
