Reservations & Sales Consultant Luxury Property Collection Cape Town

This is an exciting opportunity for a polished service-driven Reservations & Sales Consultant who understands that selling luxury is all about storytelling relationships and flawless attention to detail.
If turning enquiries into confirmed bookings comes naturally and delivering exceptional guest experiences is second nature this role is calling.
Whats on offer:
Salary: R16000 R20000 (DOE)
Cape Townbased role within an established luxury brand
Opportunity to blend sales service and relationship-building
Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and finesse
Providing detailed property knowledge and tailored recommendations
Building strong relationships with guests agents and internal teams
Managing bookings rates and availability accurately
Delivering a seamless luxury-level guest journey from enquiry to arrival
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with a warm service-orientated approach
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
Passionate about luxury travel accommodation and exceptional service
