Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Advanced SAP Functional Consultant to take a lead role in the operational stability of the Talent Management suite. This position is the engine room of the global talent pool ensuring that every stage of the employee lifecycle from initial attraction and recruiting to continuous development and reassignment is supported by a seamless high-performing SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or operations.
  • Education: Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Advantageous: SAP SuccessFactors certification in any module.

Essential Skills (Verified):

  • SAP SuccessFactors Operations & Support (All Modules)
  • Routinized use of Ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Familiar with ITIL processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Advantageous Skills:

  • In-depth technical knowledge in any of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Exposure to multinational work environments.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of integration tools related to SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. integration center CPI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incident and service request tickets related to SAP SuccessFactors ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Interact with 1st and 3rd Level Support to troubleshoot issues.
  • Ticket handling and dispatching within and across teams.
  • Cluster incidents create problem tickets and user stories.
  • Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and update knowledge base articles.
  • Identify opportunities to make Operations more efficient (e.g. RPA AIR )
