PURPOSE OF POSITION
Driving business growth by promoting and selling the companys products and services.
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present promote and sell products/services while ensuring customer needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Service existing customers and actively seek new customers within Motive Power and Energy System segments.
- Willing to travel to assigned territories (Malaysia nationwide)
- Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and emails efficiently and courteously
- Gather customer feedback and relevant market information and share insights with internal teams
- Compile and submit weekly sales reports to the Branch Manager/General Manager
- Coordinate with admin and service teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process
Requirements
Outdoor sales experience with strong interpersonal & communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
