Job Overview:
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to support the Taiwan and Hong Kong market for a leading E-Hailing and Delivery platform. You will handle customer inquiries through calls live chat and emails ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets. Full training and accommodation support for outstation candidates are provided.
What Will You Do:
Handle inbound calls live chat and emails related to customer inquiries complaints feedback and service issues.
Provide accurate product/service information and exceed customer expectations.
Work closely with the team to meet KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Demonstrate good typing speed and accuracy in Traditional Chinese characters.
Maintain good computer literacy and use internal systems effectively.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
What Makes You A Good Fit:
Minimum SPM pr equivalent qualification is required.
Proficiency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese reading & typing).
Good communication skills in English is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
Able to work in rotational shifts and night shift.
Able to work on public holidays and weekends
