Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room night and catering revenue targets.
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agents and event planners to foster repeat business.
Sales Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling networking and attending industry events.
Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals negotiate rates and close contracts.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor rates market trends and industry changes.
Administrative & Reporting: Use CRM systems to track sales performance KPIs maintain client records and generate reports.

Qualifications
