Job Summary
The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying onboarding and managing Health Business (HB) partners within the assigned territory. The role involves field sales activities lead generation partner acquisition and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential Health Business (HB) partners in the assigned territory
Conduct regular market visits to generate and convert qualified leads
Onboard new HBs in line with company standards and acquisition targets
Coordinate with internal brand compliance teams for documentation and Drug License (DL) application processing within specified TAT
Ensure proper onboarding training and activation of HBs on company platforms
Maintain accurate records of leads onboarding status and partner performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term business growth
Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate from a recognized institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / FMCG / Insurance / B2B Sales
Proven ability to work in a field-based target-driven environment
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with local market dynamics is preferred
