Job Title : Deputy Manager- F&A-(Finance and Accounting)
Experience : 2-5 Years

Key Responsibility
Descriptive Parameters
- Payment and funds processing
- Receive and process invoices and check for compliance requirements i.e. payment note and approval notes attachments.
- Manage all operating and administration expenses of the company.
- Coordinate branch requirements for funds and transfer money when required.
- Coordinate and administer the sharing of funds between NSE group companies.
- Track surplus funds and ensure investments through treasury on a daily basis to ensure proper utilisation of the said surplus.
2. Billing
- Track and send invoices to commercial clients of NSE for rents utility and administration expenses.
- Process rents received from external customer for the use of various services
- Coordinate all amounts received from various vendors for internal compliance.
- Track and convert funds received as advance from test takers into income post testing.
3. Bank Reconciliation statement (BRS)
- Prepare BRS on daily basis.
- Balance confirmation with Banks on monthly basis.
You will be responsible for :
Accounting Entries & Reconciliations
- Record and maintain all financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Ensure accurate journal entries for expenses revenues and adjustments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing processes.
Vendor Payments
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and address discrepancies as needed.
Statutory Compliance
- File monthly GST Compliance and Calculations.
- Ensure timely TDS payment Calculations.
MIS Reporting
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports (MIS) for management review.
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights.
