Job Summary
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital and print deliverables including websites apps marketing campaigns branding materials and packaging.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product managers marketers and developers to translate business goals into compelling user-centered designs.
- Create wireframes mockups prototypes and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Figma and Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior designers providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends technologies and tools to keep our design practices innovative and future-ready.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders including leadership and clients with clarity and confidence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 510 years of professional experience in a design role with a proven track record of leading high-impact design projects.
- Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma Sketch and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work including branding digital interfaces and marketing collateral.
- Deep understanding of UX principles responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments preferably within tech marketing or creative agencies.
- Location: Based in Mumbai with flexibility for occasional remote collaboration.
Required Skills:
