Job Summary

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
  • Lead the creation of brand identities including logos visual systems tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns across digital print and experiential platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent and high-quality brand expression across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers and brand specialists fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Partner with marketing product and communications teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.
  • Manage brand assets and maintain a centralized brand repository for internal and external use.
  • Present brand strategies and creative concepts to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Stay ahead of emerging design trends technologies and audience preferences in the Arts & Graphics sector.


Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design Branding Visual Arts or a related field.
  • 510 years of progressive experience in brand management creative direction or brand strategy within the arts design or creative services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful brand launches rebrands or major brand transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in brand identity development visual storytelling and design systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring junior creatives.
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of cultural context audience psychology and visual aesthetics in the Indian and global creative landscape.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives and timelines.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.



Required Skills:

Requirements 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing preferably in the fashion beauty or lifestyle industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects etc.). Strong understanding of design principles typography and color theory. Experience in creating short-form video content (Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts). Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meet deadlines and adapt to brand needs. A portfolio showcasing your best work in graphic design and video editing.
