Pega Knowledge QA Lead with strong experience in banking and KYC domains
hands-on expertise in manual functional testing a solid understanding of automation frameworks
Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools. Lead candidates will be responsible for test strategy planning and status reporting
Execute manual functional testing across banking and KYC applications
Understand and validate business requirements functional specifications and user stories
Perform test case execution regression testing and integration testing
Log track and manage defects using JIRA
Work hands-on with JTMF (or equivalent test management framework)
Collaborate with business analysts developers and other QA team members
Apply knowledge of KYC processes workflows and regulatory requirements
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on test execution progress and issues
Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices
