Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design architecture and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise across the Salesforce platform strong integration experience and the ability to align business needs with enterprise-grade architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
Define data models integration patterns security models and system architecture.
Provide hands-on guidance on Apex LWC Flows Integrations APIs and platform capabilities.
Oversee development teams conduct code reviews ensure adherence to best practices.
Design and govern Salesforce integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP middleware: MuleSoft/Workato/Boomi/etc.).
Optimize performance scalability and data management strategies.
Create architectural documentation diagrams and technical specifications.
Support release management CI/CD processes and environment strategy.
Work with business stakeholders to align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in an Architect or Lead Technical role.
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL APIs and integrations.
Deep understanding of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and at least one additional cloud (CPQ/Revenue Cloud preferred).
Expertise in data architecture sharing/security model governor limits and performance optimization.
Experience designing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
Ability to lead design sessions mentor developers and enforce technical standards.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

Salesforce certifications (one or more):
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Application/System Architect
Platform Developer II
Integration Architect / Data Architect
Experience with DevOps tools (Copado Gearset) Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

Education:

B.E / B. Tech / MCA / Equivalent technical qualification.
