Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to manage and expand the sales operations in the dental products segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
Manage and mentor sales team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Provide training and support to dealer sales teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Bachelors degree in Dental Science (BDS) or BSc Chemistry with MBA in Marketing
Proven sales experience in the dental industry is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
