Job Summary
PartnerNET is looking for a Product Manager to join our team.
PartnerNET is a value-added distributor of Unified Communication Wireless & Wired Networks Building Automation Facility Management IPTV & Digital Signage Unified Collaboration and Cyber Security products based in Athens. PartnerNET represents some of the largest ICT manufacturers worldwide offering complete business solutions to the SE market.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team and drive the commercial success and market adoption of our technology solutions across partners and sales channels.
Strategic Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for providing in-depth product knowledge and expertise to support partners and internal teams ensuring they can effectively promote and sell the companys technology solutions. This role bridges technical understanding and commercial execution serving as the key liaison between product development sales marketing and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical product expertise to support sales partners and customers.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for partners.
- Work closely with the sales team to create customized product solutions.
- Monitor product trends market developments and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with marketing for the best product presentation on the company website and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain product documentation and sales enablement tools.
- Manage forecasting purchasing and inventory levels in line with KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales Logistics Finance Legal IT) and external stakeholders (Distributors
- Suppliers) for smooth execution of product initiatives.
- Perform pricing analysis for key customer segments.
- Register new orders and ensure correct product setup within the ERP system.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Management or related field.
- 35 years of experience in product management or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of ICT solutions and technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear non-technical language.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication project management and analytical skills.
