Are you our new Continuous Improvement Manager

As we enter 2026 the Finance Center of Excellence will accelerate its focus on process improvement AI-driven optimization and leveraging new capabilities in Workday. To strengthen this journey we are opening an exciting internal opportunity for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager.
This role is central to how we evolve ensuring our processes are smarter more efficient and future proof. You will collaborate closely with all CoE teams the Workday project team and Group Functions to turn ideas into real measurable improvements.

What will you do:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across CoE with a strong focus on innovation simplification and digitalization
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of CoE and the SDLs
  • Identify evaluate and lead improvement ideas from concept to delivery
  • Translate vision into reality by building timelines creating business cases assessing cost-saving potentials and ensuring timely implementation
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to implement new Workday features and AI solutions
  • Monitor follow up and report on project progress outcomes and lessons learned
  • Promote a culture of change encouraging people to challenge current ways of working

What we are looking for:

  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and social skills comfortable working across teams functions and levels
  • Innovative curious and change driven with a passion for improving how things are done today
  • Structured and organized able to manage projects end to end and deliver results
  • Skilled at translating complex ideas into actionable steps
  • Confident in leading discussions inspiring others and bringing people along on the journey

Its a plus if you bring :

  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in process development Workday digital tools but mindset and drive matter most
