The Hardware Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of hardware assets ensuring accurate asset tracking inventory control procurement coordination and compliance with internal processes and SLAs.
This role supports enterprise-level environments working closely with vendors internal teams and management to ensure asset accuracy availability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date hardware asset records within ServiceNow
Manage hardware purchase orders throughout their full lifecycle from creation to closure
Oversee end-to-end stock and inventory management including asset recording tracking and reconciliation
Create and manage purchase orders onboard new assets into the asset repository and coordinate asset deployment activities
Handle internal and external queries related to hardware asset information
Verify supplier invoices against approved purchase orders and escalate discrepancies when required
Coordinate with vendors regarding hardware repair replacement and return processes
Ensure all assets including unassigned assets and components are correctly accounted for and reflected in ServiceNow
Monitor manage and maintain internal stock levels across multiple regions ensuring availability and accurate stock records
Perform ad hoc project-related activities as assigned by line management
Support the Hardware Asset Team Manager in all aspects of service delivery and operational execution
Manage individual incidents and service requests in line with defined SLAs aiming for 100% adherence to Request and Incident best practice guidelines
Drive a strong customer-focused approach aiming for 100% customer satisfaction and contributing to a high-performance team culture
Requirements
Proven experience in Hardware Asset Management Inventory Management or IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Asset Management / ITAM modules preferred)
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management procurement and stock control processes
Experience working with vendors purchase orders and invoice validation
Familiarity with incident and request management processes and SLAs
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
