Job Description

Degree AA or BS is good but not required. Certs help and good experience working in corporate environment

Experience in technical support customer service or a similar role. Must be Level 2 - experienced IT Support Tech no juniors or entry level.

Knowledge of computer systems hardware and software

Familiarity with network configurations operating systems like Windows macOS Linux and IT security protocols

IT Support Technician

Provides technical assistance to users troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktop computers laptops and various peripheral devices

Install configure and maintain hardware and software ensure system performance and security and evaluations on new software and hardware

Also respond to service requests and document solutions to common problems

Effective communication skills are essential as they often interact directly with end-users to resolve technical issues

Also provide technical assistance and training to users to maximize the value of technology in business
